“Serving and Adding Value to People, People are my Business”. Inspirational, motivational, dedicated, visionary, living with a passion and purpose, never stop dreaming, continuous education, lifelong learner, lead by example, model expected behaviors, following his North Star and a great steward of God’s Gifts. These words are not the latest definition of leadership; these words describe Jeff Willie’s life and fuel his leadership and educational philosophy. "Inspire until I Expire."
Jeff’s Leadership Philosophy is very simple; Leadership is all the People. Leaders are (1) people focused (2) visionaries (3) foster a growth mindset culture (4) encourages and rewards risk taking (5) respect and develop a productive relationship with each member of their team. Great leaders know the way and show the way. Everything rises and falls with leadership; leadership rises and falls with communications and relationships.
